ACRO-TUMBLING
Incorporating elements of acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics and tumbling training - our agro-tumbling program is specifically geared towards the demands of the ever advancing expectations of today's dancers.
SKILLS LISTED NEXT TO EACH CLASS LEVEL REFLECT THE SKILLS TAUGHT AND REFINED DURING THAT CLASS.
IN ORDER FOR A STUDENT TO PROCEED TO THE NEXT LEVEL, THEY MUST BE ABLE TO EXECUTE ALL THE SKILLS LISTED with an (*) from THEIR CURRENT CLASS LEVEL, WITH PROPER TECHNIQUE AND WITHOUT TEACHER ASSISTANCE.
If unsure in which class level to enroll, or deciding between two class levels, we recommend starting with the lower level. If the class is not the right fit, we always prefer to move students up a level, rather than down.
Every student is unique and progresses at their own pace - we believe that their training should be equally dynamic. Our goal is that each week students leave class feeling both challenged as well as encouraged by their ongoing success. If a student should attain class level skills exceptionally fast, we are happy to move them mid-semester to ensure their ongoing progress.
Safety is our top priority. Final decisions regarding class placement is ultimately to the the discretion of the instructor.
