ADULT CLASSES
Adult classes are a great way to move your body, break a sweat and challenge yourself both mentally and physically.
Classes can be taken independently, or, as part of our "Momma & (ME Time)" program. ​​​
Our adult classes are strategically held at the same time as many of our First Steps classes. This way, while little ones are busy in their own dance classes, you too can take advantage of studio time to squeeze in a sweat too! If enrolling in BOTH an adult class and a First Steps class held at the same time, a 15% "MOMMA & (ME TIME)"discount will be applied to your registration.
BARRE BURN
Barre Burn is our adult-focused class that blends the grace of ballet with the intensity of a full-body workout. Set to energizing music, this class uses ballet-inspired movements, resistance bands and targeted exercises to sculpt and tone. It’s designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance—all while maintaining a focus on alignment and form. Whether you’re a former dancer or new to the barre, you’ll leave feeling the burn in the best way.
HOT MOMMA
HIP HOP
Hot Mama Hip Hop is a high-energy, cardio-based hip hop class perfect for adults who want to get their groove on and break a sweat. This class is all about fun, fitness, and feeling fabulous while dancing to upbeat music. You’ll learn easy-to-follow hip hop routines that boost your cardio endurance and leave you feeling empowered and energized.
Stretch & De-stresS
This class offers students a moment to step away from the chaos of life, check-in with themselves: body and mind. Taking time to recenter in a peaceful space, this class works to increase flexibility through gentle stretching, core engagement, and breath work.
