For Sarah Rose Glavin, dance has always been home — the place where strength, artistry, and emotion meet. A former Loyola Academy Varsity dancer and competitor, turned award-winning choreographer, she’s dedicated her life to helping young dancers grow with both excellence and compassion.

After being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia, Sarah Rose redefined what resilience means — using movement as a way to heal, express, and thrive.

At Glavin Dance, her mission is clear: to train elite dancers while protecting their well-being, honoring their individuality, and building a community grounded in respect, love, and integrity.
