BALLET

From tiny tip-toes to pointe shoes, ballet is the foundation of all dance technique.
The core teachings of ballet are found in every style of dance. From the understanding the language itself, which defines dance terminology through the French language; to understanding proper alignment, body positioning and direction, the lessons taught in ballet are reinforced across every dance style. Ballet truly is the foundation of dance and a crucial component of a dancer's curriculum.
Whether its your first time taking class, or you have been dancing for years, we strongly recommend ballet as a core part of your curriculum.

JAZZ
Jazz Tech
This class steps back from choreography to focus on the details of proper jazz technique. Unlike our jazz classes, jazz TECH focuses on strength training, body alignment, and flexibility to refine the technical skills that are present in most jazz choreography - without the choreography itself. Jazz tech is NOT a substitution for jazz class, but rather a great addition to it!
Through a variety of training methods, from resistance bands and foam blocks, to cross-conditioning style circuits, jazz tech offers dancers the opportunity to focus on strengthening their bodies and building the muscle memory needed to perform their next jazz combo - and every leap, turn, and jump it requires - to their full potential.

TAP

All about musicality and crisp foot work.
This class is designed to build a strong foundation in tap technique, develop musicality and timing, and enhance overall coordination. For beginners, it’s a welcoming environment to learn the basics, while more experienced tappers can challenge themselves with advanced steps and intricate combinations. No matter their starting point, all students will find this class a rewarding way to grow their tap skills with confidence.

LYRICAL

A stylized cross between ballet and jazz.
Best recognized for its soft and flowing movement, lyrical is all about smooth transitions, extended lines, and personal artistry. We recommend this class as an addition to a ballet and jazz foundation, where students can focus on their artistry and story telling within a technical framework.

Grounded in style - this is a high energy class for anyone who wants to move and groove!
Our Hip Hop classes focus on musicality, groove, and performance quality while building strong foundational technique. Dancers train in rhythm, texture, freestyle concepts, and dynamic choreography inspired by commercial and competitive styles.
Classes emphasize clarity, control, stamina, and confidence—encouraging dancers to develop their own style while performing with power and precision. Designed to strengthen versatility, presence, and expression in a supportive, high-level environment.
Perfect for dancers looking to strengthen their versatility, stage presence, and confidence across styles.
HIP HOP

Our Leaps and Turns class is dedicated solely to refining technique and building strength.
In this class, dancers will focus exclusively on leg extensions, battements, turn sequences, jumps, and other core techniques. There are no choreography combinations—just pure, focused drills and across-the-floor exercises. This class is perfect for dancers who want to master the fundamentals and elevate their technical prowess.
LEAPS & TURNS

A style specific to "spirit" teams - but universal across high school, college, and professional levels.
In our Poms class, dancers are introduced to pom technique; perfect for those aiming to join a high school team someday or preparing for an upcoming tryout. Taught by current and former varsity poms team dancers, this class focuses on the attention to detail and fast-paced movements that define this spirited style. Whether they’re simply excited to explore what poms is all about, or are gearing up for future tryouts, our dancers will leave class each week with new skills and confidence.
POMS

From studio to screen.
From production to performance, these classes bring dance from the studio to the screen. Taught by instructors with real-world TV and film experience, our Media classes offer a unique chance to master on-camera skills. Dancers will learn the nuances of storytelling for a lens versus a live audience, collaborating on projects like ad campaigns or music videos.
This experience is invaluable for dancers. It builds adaptability, expands performance repertoire, and prepares them to shine in an increasingly media-driven dance world.
